Is Arthur & Archer a Dropshipper?

No! All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.

What is your return policy?

If you’d like to return/exchange some/all of your purchase, simply contact us within 30 days of receipt.

For your return to be accepted, it must arrive in the same condition it left our warehouse: unworn and including all original packaging.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

For fraud prevention purposes, refunds will only be credited to the credit card or PayPal account used during your initial order.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We use PayPal and Stripe as our payment gateways, which means you can securely pay with many different credit cards in addition to PayPal.

Which countries do you ship to?

At the moment we ship to all countries with the exception of: Brazil, Mexico and Russia.

How long will shipping take?

Typical delivery times are:
Australia: 2-4 business days.
New Zealand: 4-6 business days.
North America: 6-10 business days.
Western Europe: 6-10 business days.
Asia: 6-10 business days.
The Pacific: 6-10 business days.
Rest of the world: 6-15 business days

All shipments include tracking.

Is tracking provided on all orders?

Yes, you will be sent a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

What happens after ordering?

Our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia will pick, pack and dispatch your order within 24 to 48 hours.

Help, I made an error in my order!

Contact us as soon as you notice you’ve made an error in your order.

Orders are often queued for shipment within a few hours of being placed, so don’t delay.

We cannot provide refunds for orders sent to incorrect addresses due to customer error.

What currency is payment made in?

The website takes payment in either AUD or USD, depending on which currency you choose from the dropdown box within on the top menu. If you use a different local currency, the payment gateway will deduct the local currency equivalent from your account.

Import duties and taxes?

In our experience, low value orders (<$150) tend not to attract import duties or taxes. Any import duties or taxes payable are the responsibility of the customer.
